Dropped off pallet on the 9th Of February. Got a notice that the person had not received they're item on the 21ST!!!! Called up the main number to find it still in Dallas. The idiots in San Antonio misplaced the pallet so did not get it there until the 15th. Then the morons in Dallas misplaced it and was still there when I called on the 21st. The idiots then said it was n a truck going to Denver where it is supposed to be going. Next, I called and it was in Amarillo T??? (WTF) The pallet was supposed to be delivered there by the 14th per there time frame, not mine. Then they had the nerve to say it was the weather when the I called even said it was misplaced!!! (Twice now). What a pathetic delivery company. Will NEVER use them again
