After a bad previous experience, I'm happy to state that the latest experience was great - the Aramex I have always known :-)

Apart from having to phone them once to chase up getting the package through customs everything went smoothly. I was kept up to date via the tracking site. When I telephoned, I got through to the correct department without delay. I don't know what the negative reviews are complaining about as they do not reflect my experience.

I read all the bad reviews before receiving my parcel. But the thing happened to me is surprisingly.Three days received before the expected date. The expectEd date was stated inside the tracking page.Today I was sleeping and I received a call just now was told that he was outside. He was nice. He didn't saw the door open and run. He called me!!. please stop gving bad reviews to fear the new customers

I was charged 4 kd for delivery although I already paid online when items where ordered The invoice states 3 items but I received only two !!
