Customer service is awful. no update on the parcel tracking

My parents sent me a package of around 13 kgs with clothes and sweets and other food items fron jaipur . We informed them the very same day and pickup was made same day then sent it to Mumbai. I was in contact with Mr Nawaz from Mumbai which made the communication really easy. After reaching mumbai it took 3 to 4 days to reach Dallas (United states). Make sure about the list of the prohibited items, rest they will take care of it. I had great experience as even the package reached us is good condition. I totally recommend.
