I have been waiting on my parcel since last week. Whenever I call them, I am told the driver is out with my parcel. I contacted them this morning and was informed that my parcel was handled by a wrong driver in the past week. As of this morning it was assigned to another driver who will be delivering it to me before 17h30. Nothing is heard from their driver. Buffalo Logistics' service is pathetic. Such a bad .

I paid my duty & VAT on 14 January 2022. Because o have Buffalo logistics as a beneficiary i used the incorrect reference number. I got multiple calls thereafter to say that I must pay the VAT I have emailed the Nightingale lady to explain that I paid already and sent them proof of payment, got no response for days. I ended up having to pay again. I've been trying to get a hold of them since yet nothing. No response to emails and when you call either the call gets cut immediately or a machine saying that you number 40 in the que answers- by then you so desperate for answers that you decide to wait your turn in the que. You end up being on the line for 10-15 minutes straight and the minute you get to the front of the que. your call gets drop!! that's how pathetic their service is. I guess I can't count on getting my money back.
