MY TRACKING NUMBER CJPNX9110200195YQ HAS BEEN IN TRANSIT DELAY SINCE 1ST FEBRUARY WITH NO UPDATES. What has happened???How can I find the responsible courier partner I should contact directly? When I enter the tracking number at the link you provided, I receive the shipping status showing that the parcel was delivered to a local courier on 1st February and has been in transit delay then, with no updated !!!Which local courier is? It does not auto detect carrier based on the tracking number format. The final destination of my parcel is Greece.
