The most lousy and despicable delivery courier I've ever met. I bought an item from Amazon Japan, and this company told me to pay 40 dollars to finish the clearance permit. I checked the customs policy and found the permit application fee is only 2.88. This is a very greedy and shitty delivery courier and should be closed ASAP.

So I've seen So.many negative reviews on here which led me to believe I was getting scammed but I was actually surprised I ordered through alibaba and within 1 week my items where here!! I guess I got lucky maybe? Lol the courier was from dpd and I'm from London maybe different parts of the world it works differently but I am happy with there service hope others will be able to have the same as I did
