I would like to highly commend the FedEx Driver, Dave, who took initiative and tracked my mobile number through the to deliver my parcel today. Our road has been closed for months and every delivery up to this point has been recorded as a "failed delivery". The simple act of contacting the customer on their mobile has meant that I was able to drive to meet Dave and pick up my parcel. Effective communication goes a long way and I'm extremely grateful for his common sense and skills, thank you Dave.

shipping to morocco from u.k has never been so easy and straight forward. i am so glad i did not give up on getting things to family safely and hassle free. i came across fed ex and iv never been so happy with a courier. from attending the to have them help me fill in the details and send to the tracking and arriving in morocco was such ease. they even rang me when it arrived in morocco. but the test was if it will reach the destination and it did with no issues at all. the courier even rang my husband to let him know he was 10 min away. it arrived safely and damage free. one very happy customer. will definitely use fed ex again and reccomend them. thank you fedex for a positive experience :)

Absolutely apooling, tracking says that package was delivered and signed for by me - untrue. Than delivery was apparently refused by me, despite me calling over and over to re-arrange. This costed me so much stress. So many days staying in, when I arranged to have the package delivered, in vain. Messing with people's lives. Disgusting. I will never use them again.

Appalling company No Manners rude drive to fast spin their wheels if you ask them to slow down most of the drivers are subcontracted driving dirty white vans damaged parcels on arrival with no signature provided and speeding off to avoid contact avoid using this company at all cost they are the worst

No response with my mailing for 7 days, and finally return it

I recently wanted to mail a cheque to Puerto Rico through their International First in a emergency situation, which costs over 200 dollars on 19th. Here is thing, I prepared documents to their custom brokerage on the same day to clear customs. There were no response since then. Today, 25th, I finally get response. They claim that custom clearance failed and my package will be either destroyed or returned. It will cost me 60 dollars to get my package back. 300 dollars are wasted. I will admit my mistake if there's anything I am doing wrong. However, when I asked them if there are s with my documents. There is no response or someone told me to wait. After 7 days, they tell me they can't do it. What's wrong with you? What did you do in a whole week? What did you do when I ask you if there's anything else I can do? Attitude matters. Well done Fedex and keep going.
