Tracking info status shows "Out for Delivery". Hope my parcel will arrive at this Friday. I want it badly!

Dear Sir/Madame, I am writing from England, I sent a parcel to Accra, weija 339, my Son went to collect it, having no money, he was told he had to pay duty, this is very upsetting for him has he does not have money.my Daughter sick in hospital and he is caring for her. I sent nutrient milk drinks and cuppa soups in the hope that it would build her strength. She has been in hospital several months seriously I'll. She was robbed while on holiday in Ghana, all I ask is to let my son receive the parcel with minimal fuss, he his going through a very stressful and difficult time. Thank you. So far it's been good only that for registered parcels it doesn't give you day by day details Hope you do something about it Thank u
