I do not know what to do. I'm seeing "delivery failed' on my order

I have about 10 packages I never received ali express had my correct address but while being shipped some how the address gets changed and I have no idea who to contact for this situation. My post doesn't have a clue either this really sucks.

Never use this shipping way. The parcel will propably not come and you will lost money too after you wait a long time. Their tracking says it has arrived my country but postal says different. I think its a scam

It’s says it’s going to get shipped on 11 but today is 12 it’s not shipped yet I have been waiting for a whole month
