Poor and slow

they cannot give you an update on when your deliveries will arrive. I tried calling them and was on hold for over 30 minutes. I tried chatting and their chat wait time was over 15 minutes despite me being next. Their drivers annotate that they tried knocking on a 1 story home when I live in a 2 story.

Horrible experience. I stayed home twice to receive my package from them in the window provided. I worked right by the front door. Both times they claimed that they came to my house but nobody was home. 100% blatant lies, I was working from home by the front door both times that they sent the memo saying that no one was home. Do not use this horrible company.

It's the 3rd time I've ordered some food from Britishstoreonline.co.uk using GLS ( well I didn't chose GLS but they chose this company, I don't know why?) The first 2 deliveries in December & January was delivered on time, no issues. The 3rd time i.e this month (I buy food monthly from this website) I got an email from Britishstoreonline that GLS delivered at the wrong address! It's the 3rd time they're delivering to my address ( it's the same address. I haven't moved house!) & they deliver it at a wrong address. I'm sure they delivered at a wrong address on purpose just to piss me off! What is their problem? Bunch of losers. They're paid to do their job CORRECTLY. Avoid this British delivery company i.e GLS.

Just curious why GLS gives itself 5 star positive reviews when the comments aren't anywhere near favorable. Checked in here as they lost the package a vendor (who chose this company) sent me for a patient while in their warehouse. Just seeing if that was normal or not, looks like it might be.

I called my vendor that used them, after talking/chatting with GLS ""...I asked that they don't use GLS when shipping to me, and she said that she has made that note in very many customer files as GLS has screwed up more times than not.

I have paid 50 EUR for the delivery of the parcel AT MY DOORS. Noone has notified me that the delivery would come today. Although I have spent the whole day at my appartment, I received the dumb message 'Madame, Monsieur, En votre absence le 19.01.2022, votre colis n'a pas pu vous être remis. Il a été livré dans le point Mondial Relay disponible le plus proche de l'adresse de livraison. Vous pouvez le retirer à l'adresse suivante. ' I HAVE SPENT AT HOME THE WHOLE DAY. This chair is heavy and the point Mondial Relay is 1.5 km from my home. Are they freaking insane? They didn't even leave me the delivery note. I want my 50 EUR back.
