I sent two parcels from Hong Kong, one on March 23 ( track EA299083216HK )and the other on March 25( track EA299081419HK ) the one on March 25 was delivered in 9 days and the one sent from March 23 did not arrive! I sent mail to them and I was told that the parcel is lost, that is, a 10 kg parcel to be lost? they did not even bother to check the status of Hong Kong's departure. some unconscious, I do not recommend this company!

I'm facing same situation with you , speed post parcel showed left for destination on 15/12/21 but until today still no any updated from them.. it's not speed post totally!!! Taken longer time to in transit
