Clearly a necessary service - but at what cost

Apparently the phone help is one remote lady who could use a little patience - like the rest of us, though.
Sorry! Didn't see the new carrier information on the website.
Was asking for help with package refusal and she could only say that Pitney Bowes is not the delivery carrier and to check the website.
Didn't realize information would be posted there after the fact. My bad!
4/5 because it's clearly effective - just needs a little bolstering on the phone help for better understanding.
