Please follow up my order on this. Ive been waiting for almost a month for this order. Is this the type of service you avail in customs? Too long for delivering and waiting for the orders

I check my parcel. It is going to philippines not in new zealand. It is airmail parcel, they said i recieve with in 3 to 4 weeks. But it is going to 2 months, i still not recieve!

How many day will recieved my order im already paid.

The package bearing the code CP303322780PH is mine. Contrary to what is marked on the site which states that the delivery was made in 14 days, it lasted rather 20 days since the parcel was posted by my supplier on April 4th. But officially sent the 11th by Philippine post.
