5 months and still no parcel, Poland postal service received parcel on the 3rd of December last year the last update they provide is on the 7th of December last year saying it’s awaiting departure to Australia, now there’s no information available on where it is. Lost at sea assume?

I send my parcel on august 26. i send a parcel to France but it returns back to the sender address. I am a student. i am totatally vacated to france but you made me lost my things.the sender recieved the parcel a lot of things were missed, is this your service. I send a parcel to France but you said the address was missing now my things were also missed. I paid money to send to France and again I paid money to receive the parcel in Poland, it's not my fault. I lost my money and I lost my things also I was totally disappointed by your service

I am living in Poland for three years. I am tired of going to the post every time I have a letter. Under the tracking information, it says my pack or letter was turned back to the post . It happens again. It is the 7th time this year (2021). Till now, it is how both behave, the post and the postman of my district. For example, I am getting married next month. I needed some official documents from my country of origin. After TWO months of waiting for them and going to the post for three days, the postman reveals he was keeping the letters at his own house. Which kind of service is that? They use the following sentence as a claim: "A company with more than 400 years". With such a long history they will have to learn how to deliver a letter, or not? Today it happened again.

Reading these reviews, I guess I've been extremely lucky. I haven't had a single problem with Poland's postal service and I've ordered from Poland multiple times in the past year. Everything has arrived within 2-3 weeks after shipment, which is faster than a lot of other countries in Europe, in fact. Nothing has arrived broken or with anything stolen from the shipment, either, and in each case I paid well over $100 per package and it was clearly stated as such on the customs sheet. So either my luck is great or the negative reviewers' luck is really shitty. The only thing I don't like is that the USPS can't track shipments from Poland, as I can't read Polish.

who can take my post from Poczta Polska if am oustide from country?
