I received the item in 31 days, which is acceptable considering the pandemic delays. However, the package was opened. I went to the post in Tirana, AL the day after it arrived there, but I don't know what could have happened if I picked it up later, maybe it could have slipped out of the packaging and get lost. The packaging wasn't secured after it was opened for whatever reason.

I see some people have complains but never happened to me to loose a package or even one day delay. I am usually gettings goods from Uk and germany for my car bussines. Never so far and i am happy for this service they offer. i can track package non stop and get notified about time when arrives.. 5 star
