Wow! That’s crazy! I thought I was the only one going through this! My package is marked as delivered and apparently it was signed for but I live alone so that’s impossible unless a ghost signed off. I have two different tracking numbers one from a company name intelcom & one from rr Donnelley both companies is non existent.

The same thing is happening to me they said it was delivered and I am yet to get my package. I am so not buying from fashion Nova again if this is the company they will be using to ship my item

Ordered my package nov 4th said expected to arrive nov 15 no tracking updates beside arrived at delivery terminal AU can’t track it or get any updates from the site it’s saying package not found ??? Fashion nova shipping is a joke never ordering again every time I’ve ordered in the past it has taken forever and I reach out and no updates

It's unfortunate that I read so many reviews of the horrible service after placing an order on Fashion Nova to Ontario Canada. It told me it would arrive on November 22 (after approximately 3 weeks from placing order) and I received it exactly on the day that it said. My items were shipped to Rancho Dominguez for 10 days before it came to my city. Perhaps where you live is super busy or the connecting countries are busy before it comes to you. I don't have an issue with the wait time of three weeks, the cost of items on FN are much cheaper had I went to the mall and purchased similar styles...so I can wait three weeks. If you are expecting fast service and cheap quality items, it's likely not going to happen. FN, similar to SHEIN or any other cheaper online stores will use a cheaper carrier service to accommodate....you can't have it all. Hope everyone else receives theirs!!

My order said departed for Johannesburg,South Africa and it was the end of it ,didn't even reach me ,been in transit for 14 days now ,Ay Fuck you RR Donnell & Fashionova for choosing a shit Carrier
