Our son and family moved to Peru almost two years ago, in November 2017. I have sent many packages, usually boxes of 14-20 pounds each. The packages are tracked all the way to their city. All of the packages arrived with all contents in place, even when there were torrential rains taking place in Peru. I do wrap contents in plastic bags, but care is taken and the boxes have never arrived wet. I have been very happy with the service by Serpost !
