They didn't deliver to my adress instead asked us yo collect..even they broke my parcel too

They asked me to travel 3kms to collect my parcel as they are not operational mu area, which courier company tell this. Sorry but they are not courier services. They lack manpower.

2 packages were sent from Udaipur to Chennai on different days and both of them arrived ahead of the scheduled time. I was shocked, to say the least as I did NOT expect it so soon! Changed my perception of the Indian Courier Service! Thank you!

They didn't deliver to my address, instead asked us to collect package from their which is way far from my house!!! Very bad behaviour and worst service ever. Please opt for speed post instead of these courier services..!
