An item was transferred from speedpak to usps on Dec 16. It has not moved and usps says they can not track it with your tracking number ES10021545687491010001A0N

The service is quick and efficient. Use all the time.

My experience with speedpak has been ok I wouldn’t recommend them as a primary source of delivery. Every time I’ve used them it was an order from China. First the items have to be delivered to the speedpak center, then they get taken to customs and get declared. At that point they have to be sent to the country of the buyer/ receiver. They once again will go through customs where they will be transferred to a local shipping service (in my case it has always been usps.) The local shipping service deals with it from there. Any package that claims it has been delivered but hasn’t falls under the other shipping service. Do not think I’m defending Speedpak. They are a very bad company but they do get the job done…. Eventually.

Over a month, corona travels faster

Where is my parcel...Been in transit since the 16th November.

Tracking details shows on board for delivery on October 28 then next details shows returned to warehouse on November 19! What happened between October 28 and November 19? Seller advise me that there was a failed delivery due to no access on October 29, that’s not true I was home all day from October 28 to 30. There’s even no notice card in my letter box regarding delivery, this is a procedure for all couriers.

Package has not moved in FIVE days!
