MagicJack.com uses this service and claims they sent a package 2/7. It is now 2/23 and UPS Mail Innovation still claims NOT received. I can get NO help from UPS Mail Innovations to resolve issue MagicJack is blaming on UPS Mail Innovations. I would like them to REJECT any package from MagicJack since they also provide no help and cancellations until delivered all the way to me!

What is the point of this service? My mail has literally been "awating shipment" since the 8th and it is the 12th. Has not moved or udpated. This is the worse service ever.
