This is an appreciation for your customer representative Mr.Nikunj who deliberately solved my issue which had been unresolved since a couple of weeks. I highly appreciate Mr.Nikunj's efforts and time taken out regarding my double payment issue. He made sure to listen to my problem patiently, carried it forward in a professional manner as the follow ups were done accordingly and I received my payment on time. Delivered the products before the given time

I hae ordered a product in meesho on 7th april and they sent the product by expressbees couriers it reached in my town on 13th. Actual Delivery date was on 14th.. On 14th they updated in meesho that it will deliver on 17th then changed to 19,later it became 20, after that it became 22 then 23 today it shows 24th. A very bad service from the courier company Patience has a limit.. Its a prepaid order. What to do with them
