YANWEN are fairly slow in processing but if you wait around 10 days you can EMAIL them on tracking they may give a gibberish tracking number but they will update tracking

Yanwen is pretty good honestly, I'm getting one of my packages. People have said that their package took up to 40 days to arrive, mine is still in transit after a week but it should arrive pretty soon as it's leaving the country now.

Yanwen is from China, flying one package isn't really difficult nor slow, but Yanwen also has to deal with the packages from Amazon and other places, yeah it's super slow but I really only paid 2-5 euros, (3-6 dollars) for my package delivery. If it arrives completely fine, it's all good!
