the delivery service was good and the delivery man was good too i don't know why there are so many bad reviews i liked the delivery service

In delhivery u have to keep Rs.500 as minimum to ship orders As a small business keeping Rs.500 minimum balance is a lot and I dont understand from which logic they are asking minimum Rs.500 Because SHIPROCKET asks fir Rs.100 only

Consignment departed from warehouse in Lot1 in morning 11am and delivery time was supposed to be 2-3pm and from 5pm we are following up and till 8pm in the evening not delivered. The delivery boy has been updating us of his whereabouts since 6pm, he was at a place which is hardly 10min from my place. and then after 30min he says he has gone to another place for delivery. when asked for his live location, he sent his location which is 5min away from my place, but lied to me he is making another delivery. and stuck in traffiec jam. Have all his call recording and location on my mobile. But now its 8.10pm and we are waiting for the delivery. Dont trust this DELHIVERY. I dont know how these MNC work with such pathethic company.

I had dispatched my two wheeler from Chennai to Visakhapatnam on 19th January 2022 through a partner of Delhivery.com. The vehicle arrived at Visakhapatnam on 21st January 2022 and till date the same has not been delivered. The worst part is there is no phone number to contact and the emails are not being answered. To make the things worse, they keep changing the date & time of receipt of the consignment in their portal. Most irresponsive and not reliable at all. I would strongly recommend to trust and try this service.

I ordered something online , got the message from delhivery regarding the shipment. Despite repeatedly asking the delhivery executive not to deliver it as i wasn't home to receive the parcel , he was hell bent on giving the parcel that day only. He apparently handed it over to somebody and told me he gave it to the guard. Delivered my courier at the wrong address inspite of repeatedly telling him the correct address he didn't bother to ask once. Such careless service of this delhivery service. I wont ever recommend it to anybody. I haven't got my parcel yet and its missing at the wrong address as well. I highly doubt he has delivered the parcel. And now he is making execuses and not picking up the phone.

Just what I expected from a courier service in India, did NOT receive my shipment on time, and neither did they provide the tracking updates accurately! I shipped a package from Udaipur to Chennai. They were to pack and ship it on Dec 28th am for it to arrive on Jan 4th. The package did not even get stamped till Dec 29th pm and was supposed to arrive in Chennai on 6th prior to 7 pm. Tracking showed pkg arrived in Chennai on Jan 4th am. Waited till after 7 pm on the 6th to raise a query but the only response I got was it’s on its way. I had a flight to catch on the 7th and the package arrived on the 8th. Also, on the tracking site when I checked after the 6th, the Chennai arrival time changed from am to pm on the 4th. We used Shree Maruti courier for 2 other packages shipped from Udaipur to Chennai and they arrived ahead of the scheduled time. SO I take back about my perception about Indian courier service! Just Delhivery service SUCKED REAL BAD!!!!
