Despite negative reviews all around first i thought i made a mistake to use delhivery service. I sent my bike through delhivery from Bhopal to Hyderabad and it was very much unexpected they deliver my bike three days prior to scheduled delivery without single scratch. i truly love its service though i am first time customer.. expecting the same service furthermore

u have never seen such worst cargo co in life. we got three gensets from Odhissa to Srinagar which were delivered totally damaged. since then i am trying to contact the company. Their e mail address is not working.i wrote a mail on [email protected] which is written on their challan but it bounced back as it does not exist Their no is not working. Their toll free no is not working. Their local does'nt have the of the registered r they have any e- mail or other . is it possible in todays world? it seems this is a 20th century cargo co. i will never ever book any cargo through this co again.

worst delivery service, with careless attitude. delivery boy did not come to my house, gave a missed call to my number, and return the shipment with 'customer not available' status. He saved some petrol on his bike. they are delivering near by shipments, and returning if shipment address is little far. saving PETROL scheme. SMART delivery boys!! Overall, SMART business!! BLUE DART delivered it to me even though shipment address is out of their delivery area.

The delivery partner didn't delivered product at door step. They called us and told pick your order from 14 km away. We do not deliver at your address. If they didn't delivered at my address then why delhivery took orders. Pathetic service
