Our delivery driver made my daughter’s day today. Upon delivering our package he went back to his van to get some bubbles he’s bought for kids. She was so excited and he made her day! It was very kind of him to go out of his way to cheer people up and spread some kindness in these difficult times.

I want to commend Mr. Benedict Chan for turning everything around after so much frustration caused when our package was on hold in Customs. We understand the situation, however no updates coming from a Clearance Agent named Ruth Odron was unacceptable. I was able to contact Mr. Chan via DHL Clark, although he was not involved with the issue he was very friendly and accommodating. I was upset but he turn everything around. He even updates and follow up with me. I also want to commend Mr. Calvin Tolentino - Clearance agents for taking responsibility in releasing our package without issue. Our package was on hold from 31st of July until Oct 3. These employees should get a promotion as they are helpful and an asset to DHL! Thank you both for your good work!

DHL best rather then other companies. Delivered on time or before estimated date

Egypt to the USA in 2 days. I have never had a problem with DHL Express. I see some people blame the delivery service for the merchant's failure to deliver. This is not DHL's fault.

They were speedy and got my package to me quickly! From the carriers all the way in China to the US, I legit only waited 2 1/2 days! Will buy again!
