was trying to receive a package when I called the support line i was told the driver could not find my address. I explained that this was package number 3 from the same shipper and i received the other two. spoke to numerous people and was told different stories by each person. i asked so speak with a supervisor and was sent to escalation department who proceeded to tell me different stories also. when asked to speak with a supervisor was told that they are the supervisor. was first told they take call for up to lever. then was told that one individual was a VP of the company when i questioned him was told he takes calls upto the VP level. another person told me they take calls up to the president level. so if they lose your package just dont bother with customer non service
