i ordered a dress from princess polly for £40 in the US to be delivered to the UK. i was able to see the tracking process on the app ‘shop’. i placed the order on the 19/05/21 and was constantly updated of shipping, after looking at these reviews i got really worried, however, my parcel was delivered to my address in the UK from California in 4 days on the 22/05/21. i am really sorry for everybody who hasn’t received their parcels i am unsure why my experience was a lot better :( maybe due to the brand i ordered from? i also paid no customs duty which was a surprise as i have heard so much about the extensive cost of duties especially from princess polly to the UK. i hope you guys receive your parcels or are issued refunds because the month long waits that have been described are unacceptable.

I came here and was shocked to read reviews of terrible times with Omni tracking and instantly tried to cancel my order to no avail, an item through Zavvi coming from the UK. Here it is- they said 2 weeks and it arrived to my home in Australia on the dot! What you need to realise is that my item (as did many others) didn't shift in tracking for a least a week so don't panic from the get go...things eventually start to move! The xmas period would have been a chaotic time alone for effecient parcel deliveries and hence alot of negative reviews to read around this time. This thread was quite distressing I am only writing this because my expereience was great and maybe I am a lucky one, but patience before panic was definitely my experience!

I think you\'re lucky because mine has not arrived and it was sent 23/11/2020... Still no parcel today 3/1/2021 and still showing 1 Allocate/Ready... No updates other than the first step... So crap, no excuses is valid even Christmas/ holiday period...

I've been waiting 2 months for tracking to update and say they're doing something.... I've been pretty calm about it for the first month and a half that they've not picked up my parcels.... because they "lost" 4 orders of mine, which for me is a 100\% loss... seems they found one and it's in intl transport, but the others are still "ready" to be picked up....
