Terrible company. My shipments keep getting delayed due to invalid zip it says in the tracking. When I tried to chat with about it, they "have no information" "must have been a data entry error" And when I demanded an answer they ended the chat on me. Would not recommend.

I don't know why a good company like CarParts.com would use a second rate outfit like this. Tracking shows my package to be sitting in my city for an entire week and they keep re-scheduling delivery. I cannot get a phone call or online chat answer as to where I could go to just pick up the package myself. Absolutely terrible

I'm noticing many negative reviews but with 5 stars which drives their overall score up, despite the poor review details. Wondering if there is any chance you chose a lower rating but it somehow got changed?

Same, not only did GLS loose my first package, they also lost the second package to replace the first one they lost!!! And then carparts.com wanting to charge me to get the 3 replacement order sent FEDEX over night to avoid loosing our $2800.00 repair job for our customer.. Zero stars from me if I could do it. Sorry

Horrible company service. After not posting a delivery update on my package I complained to the vendor, then the tracking page showed three rescheduled deliveries and then a delivery at our home in the middle of the day that never happened. My wife and I were both home when our package was reportedly delivered by GLS. It was not delivered.. Don't know why any business would entrust it's deliveries to this company.

They tried to deliver my package, needed my signature, but never informed me in advance. I rescheduled a delivery for a specific time window the following day. They tried to deliver it outside of the selected window. I wasn't home. Now I've been on hold with their for 45 minutes, and I'm still #37 in line. This company is terrible.

Has anyone had any luck in actually getting a hold of them? Seems we were doubly dooped, as the company we ordered our item from hasn't been responding since telling us it's in the shippers hands now, and of course we are all here because the shippers suck ass. $60 down the drain.
