Horrible service. They will never give a reminder of when the package is about to arrive. On top of that, they deliver the package super early in the morning on a random day and the delivery person will simply stand outside and go back as if I would automatically know that someone is standing outside with my package. No phone, no ring, nothing. Then they'll put the package at some store for you to pick yourself. Morons!!!

They have the worst service and they probably pay for their reviews to be changed. They don’t deliver your stuff and steal. I called Portos and they are now using FED EX for my items the driver stole.

Do not let them get away with this!!!! Call your merchant, share your bad experience with this fraudulent company and ask them to switch carrier providers or will take your business elsewhere!! If we don't do this it will never stop!!! THE WORST!!!!

Package was never delivered but their tracking shows it has been. Their is god awful, as they will merely run you in circles with bullshit responses. Their drivers are thieves, plain and simple.

I think they are keeping the shipments and using them personally or selling them off, if not, did they spontaneously combust? They had to go somewhere, not to the correct destination.

Currently in the same boat. My boyfriend ordered the new Xbox. The delivery date changed multiple times and then said it couldn’t be delivered due to weather conditions, and all of sudden it was delivered a day early. No where to be seen, no knock, we were home!! We’ve asked all neighbors and etc. Really surprised Microsoft wouldn’t require a more secure delivery service. Will avoid GLS at all costs. Hoping they just took it back to their Hub.

I ordered a Xbox Controller on January 19, 2022 from Microsoft who advised that it had been shipped. Tracked the shipping on the GLS website and states; Shipment Data Received- Pending GLS Receipt Scan. Checked daily and no updates. Contacted Microsoft and requested a refund. Should of ordered from Best Buy or Costco, tried to save a couple of bucks from ordering from Microsoft. Called GLS and could never get through on their telephone line, on hold for more then 45 minutes or more with several attempts.

This is a company that has no tracking available, that is worth a dime. so far i have had them twice deliver, 1 left package in middle of yard, other i seen him coming, he was ok..
